Evans is the new concept of sofa bed presented by Ditre Italia and designed by Guido rosati. Most sofa beds are constrained to standard shapes and sizes, which are imposed by the opening mechanism of the bed version. Evans, on the other hand, comes in 3 possible forms: open in the linear version, in the corner completed by its square pouff and closed in the bed version. The structure is divided into two parts and is joined by a pivot that makes the first half rotate in a spectacular movement, positioning and joining with a rotation of 180 degrees. The result is a sofa bed with a unique design, beautiful in both the sofa and bed versions. The Evans sofa by Ditre Italia is available in two sizes: the 280cm version forms a bed with a 140cm mattress, while the 320cm version rotates to create a bed with a 160cm mattress, like the double beds in our rooms. The seat padding is made with a LYMPHS micro-cellular foam mattress made from a non-deformable vegetable-derived compound with a density of 40 kg/mc covered in tecnoform and herringbone cotton mattress cloth. These materials create a slightly stiffer seat than the classic sofa, but very comfortable when you lie down to sleep. The Evans sofa by Ditre Italia also has a double seat depth: a classic 100cm and a mini chaise longue 140cm, for comfortable lying down.
