The Fluttua bed by Italian company Lago is the world's first gravity-defying suspended bed. A single support placed in the centre of the bed and adjustable in height during assembly supports the entire form, disappearing from view. A state-of-the-art wall mounting guarantees its immobility. No clutter is perceived outside the mattress itself, making cleaning and hygiene as easy as possible. It is possible to fix a lighting system under the floorboard to emphasise the sense of suspension and lightness. The Fluttua bed has a marvellous wooden headboard available in a regular width or wider to be finished with the exclusive "bedside tables" by Lago: available in the rectangular shelf version in coloured polished glass or XGlass or in the exclusive version upholstered in fabric/leather where the shelf is attached to the upper part of the headboard.
The Fluttua bed has been carefully designed by the company's own engineers and tested to withstand a load, even an unbalanced one of 240kg.
