Withdrawal return

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, you received the last product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform MONDINI ARREDAMENTI SRL of your decision with an explicit statement on your will to withdraw from the contract by email at: [email protected], using the return form and asking for the “Return Code,” which is necessary for the authorisation of the request.

Please remember to fill out and sign the return form complete with the “Return Code” that you will receive from our Customer Service and to include it in the package. You must return the product within and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the return code to:

We recommend you check the integrity of the products before returning them and verify to return all the parts in their original packaging. The good must be returned in its integrity and transported in its original packaging, otherwise the procedure will not be accepted.

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be refunded for the payments you have sustained as soon as possible, after prior conformity check of the items you returned. The refund will be paid using the same payment method selected for the initial order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for custom-made products or products that are easily perishable.

 

Defect or non-conformity return

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please inform us by filling out and sending us the return form complete with a minimum of 2 (two) pieces of photographic evidence. The Customer Service will send you a confirmation e-mail with the instructions on how to proceed with the shipment and for the replacement of the purchased product.
