Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy (Vatican City, San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, and free-trade zones are excluded). Deliveries are not guaranteed towards areas that are difficult to reach such as mountain villages, smaller islands, or far outskirts. For further information regarding exceptions, please contact our Customer Service.
The costs for shipping abroad vary depending on the country of delivery. In this case, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
What are the shipping fees?
Street level delivery in Italy is free for orders over 200 Euros; the shipping fee for lower imports is 12 Euros. Any optional services such as the delivery to a specified floor or assembly are not included in the shipping fee. These services can be requested throughout Italy.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on the purchased product. You can check the delivery time in each product sheet.
How can I track the shipping status of my purchase?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number allowing you to check the shipping status of your order. You will also be contacted by our courier via phone call in order to schedule a delivery date and time.
Do you deliver the products to a specified floor?
The delivery to a specified floor is a service upon request; you can select this option before completing the order. You will be provided with a customized quote on the basis of your necessities and depending on the floor where the place of residence is located.
Do you provide the assembly of the products purchased online?
The assembly is a service upon request that is only available for some of the products; you can select this option before completing the order. Most of our products are pre-assembled when shipped; the assembly is usually easy and within everyone’s reach. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service to get a custom quote.
Do you deliver the products to Limited Traffic Zones and historic centers?
Yes, we do deliver the products to Limited Traffic Zones and historic centers.
I was not home at the time of the delivery. Will a second delivery attempt be made?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a second delivery attempt. For that reason, our courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date and time to make sure you or another person in charge are home at the time of the delivery. If a second delivery attempt is necessary, the related costs will be chargeable to you.
The packaging of my product is damaged. What should I do?
If the delivered package is not in good conditions, if the packaging is cut or damaged but the product is not, we suggest you sign with reserve and report the damage to our Customer Service. If the package is damaged and the product is too, we suggest you refuse to accept the delivery and report the damage to our Customer Service by e-mail at: [email protected]
