Shipping times and methods

Whichever product you have purchased, we want you to be provided with the best service possible. All the products we ship are insured. 

The Standard Delivery pertains the street level delivery and the order is always covered by insurance. The products can be delivered to any address, you just need to specify all the details during the order process.

The delivery of the products purchased on Mondini Arredamenti Srl is expected in 7/10 working days in Italy following the stock availability of such products.

The delivery estimates vary depending on the purchased product and its stock availability. You can check the delivery estimate in each product sheet.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number allowing you to check the shipping status of your order. You will also be contacted by our courier via phone call in order to schedule a delivery date and time.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, the delivery time will be calculated as soon as we receive the payment.

The delivery time may be subject to delays during summer closures and holidays, when couriers do not make deliveries. Regarding those products which are not in stock, the days between August 1 and 27, and between December 24 and January 10 are to be excluded when calculating waiting times. We ship to Italy (Vatican City, San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, and free-trade zones are excluded). Deliveries are not guaranteed towards areas that are difficult to reach such as mountain villages, smaller islands, or far outskirts.

Our operators will take care of everything with regards to the delivery to a specified floor and the assembly. They will join the parts and dispose of unwanted packaging. Shipping fees

Street level delivery in Italy is free for orders over 200 Euros; the shipping fee for lower imports is 12 Euros. Any optional services such as the delivery to a specified floor or the assembly are not included in the shipping fee. These services can be requested throughout Italy. The costs of these services may be requested by contacting our Customer Service.

The costs for shipping abroad vary depending on the country of delivery. In this case, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
