Do purchased products come with a warranty?

Products have a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery of the article.

 

Do you provide an after-sales service?

Yes, we do provide an after-sales service. Please contact our Customer Service for any request or issue you may have by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] containing the number of the order, which you can find on the purchase confirmation.

 

The product I received is defective. What should I do?

We invite you to fill out the specific return form that you find in the “Return Policy” section and send it with a proof of the defect or non-conformity to our Customer Service by e-mail at: [email protected].

 

The product I received is not the one I ordered. Can I replace it?

We invite you to contact our Customer Service by filling out the specific return form that you will find in the “Return Policy” section and sending a picture of the received product. We will inform you about the procedure to follow as soon as possible.

 

I am not satisfied with the product I received. Can I return it?

You can ask to return an item within 14 days of receiving your product (or the last product, in the case of a multiple order) by filling out the specific return form that you will find in the “Return Policy” section. The right of withdrawal does not apply for custom-made products or products that are easily perishable.

 

How can I return a product?

You can ship back the product independently, as long as it is properly packaged. For further information, please refer to the “Return Policy” section.

Please note that: to exercise the right of withdrawal or make a warranty claim, the product must be optimally packaged in order to avoid any damages that may occur during the return shipment

 

I returned an item. How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be paid using the same payment method selected during the purchase. If the payment was made by bank transfer, we invite you to inform our Customer Care about your bank routing number.

 

When will I get my refund?

We will proceed with your refund after receiving and checking your return in our warehouse. The quality checks are usually made within 3 working days of receiving the products.
