One of the crucial moments for my career choice was the purchase of my bedroom: I was 10. I watched with dreamy eyes full of admiration the woman who applied the colors I had selected with care and interest on the furniture. From that day on, working in a furniture store became one of my life-long dreams.

I decided to enroll at the Technical Institute for Surveyors and then I graduated with an Architecture degree.

Coming across the furniture sector represented the fulfillment of my child’s dream, the same one I dream of today.

What I most like about my job is the contact with the public: listening to the client’s needs and trying to find the most suitable combination for their habits. Each design project is a new encounter with the most intimate life of people, the one going on at home; it is a discussion about habits and desires that relies on a trustful relationship; it is a new challenge to face every single time. Combining spaces, shapes, finishes, and colors is the passion guiding me throughout every single day on the ongoing search for a tangible solution that can last over time.

Being part of Mondini Essere CASA is an added value to my education: being part of a team sharing the same goal, symbol of design and humanity.
