With Aplomb, Foscarini wants to offer you a linear and minimalist pendant lamp, reaching the pinnacle of simplicity.
The direct downward light emission is perfect for placement over tables, counters or desks. Placed singly it is ideal for smaller spaces and for a more intimate atmosphere with family or friends; at the same time you can use it in compositions to furnish larger environments such as public spaces where light diffusion will be essential. With a small wire that suspends it even from high ceilings, Aplomb will swoop down from the ceiling giving balance and order to your room.
Foscarini, producing a suspension lamp in cement, wants to give new poetry to this material, praising its materiality, which, with its imperfect surface covered with small pores and grooves, gives an urban touch to your environments. The LED is inserted into the concrete cone, producing an unexpected effect and finding a new harmony between technology and material.
