The Bit lamp by the Italian company Foscarini consists of nothing more than five different diffusers made of sheets of screen-printed industrial glass in a variety of shapes. Bit is called a "modular" wall light because the user can decide how to position the different diffusers as he or she likes. Bit is available completely in white for a strong effect on a white wall from which it seems to detach itself; but also in a second version which sees a choice of two colours for each element of Bit.
