Attention, care for the smallest details and manual skills for the creation of the Canasta armchair by B&B Italia Outdoor, created by designer Patricia Urquiola. It is a unique piece of outdoor furniture, as it is entirely handmade, which adds to its value.
The Canasta armchair by B&B Italia Outdoor is made of a maxi weave of white polyethylene ribbons. The basic structure is made of aluminium and rests on thermoplastic tips. The aforementioned maxi weave is used for the external structure, i.e. the seat, the armrests and the very high backrest.
A synthetic fabric with a water-repellent treatment is used to upholster the seat fabrics and cushions of the Canasta armchair by B&B Italia Outdoor. It is thanks to the latter that the armchair is weatherproof, making it a truly effective and efficient piece of outdoor furniture of its kind.
