A symbol of reflection, introspection and vanity, Cassina's Me From Outside mirror goes beyond its practical function to become a conceptual object, capable of confronting the individual with a profound comparison between what appears and what is felt, between the reflected image and the perception of others. It is the first design project by Italian artist Pietro Terzini, known for his provocative and interactive works that invite us to think, observe and question ourselves.
With its oval design and contemporary aesthetic, Me From Outside is screen-printed with messages in capital letters that establish a direct dialogue between the object and the observer. The phrases 'We see what we want to see', 'I love you' and 'Sometimes I lie' explore the themes of subjective perception, self-love and the distance between appearance and truth, transforming the mirror into a means of introspection and awareness.
The collection includes three artistic mirrors, each capable of decorating the walls of the home with modern elegance, from the living room to the bedroom. More than simple furnishing accessories, Cassina's Me From Outside mirrors become visual, intimate and personal questions that enrich the space with a bold and poetic presence. They are true reflective manifestos, capable of stimulating the eye and the mind.
