The Mexique Outdoor Low Table by Cassina is an outdoor reinterpretation of an icon of Italian design. Originally conceived between 1938 and 1939 and finalised in 1952 to furnish the student rooms of the Maison du Mexique at the Cité Universitaire Internationale in Paris, this design belongs to the famous en forme libre series, characterised by fluid and organic shapes.
Its triangular silhouette with rounded, soft and welcoming corners allows you to combine multiple elements to create large, harmonious compositions. The top is available in matt lacquered okoumé wood—ideal for outdoor use—in a rich colour palette: marron glacé, China red, comfort, petrol, light grey, sage green, Capri blue and a new shade of blue. Alternatively, it is available in glossy glazed ceramic in moss green, basalt grey and light grey. The three triangular legs are made of matt black powder-coated stainless steel, creating an elegant contrast with the top.
Versatile and sophisticated, the Mexique Outdoor Low Table by Cassina fits naturally into residential and contract outdoor environments, enriching terraces, gardens and lounge areas with its material beauty and discreet functionality. Perfect for creating unique and refined compositions, this coffee table embodies the balance between history, innovation and formal freedom.
