The Mexique Outdoor Table by Cassina is a refined outdoor reinterpretation of an icon of Italian design. Designed between 1938 and 1939 and finalised in 1952 to furnish the student rooms of the Maison du Mexique at the Cité Universitaire Internationale in Paris, this table belongs to the famous en forme libre series, characterised by fluid, organic and freely composed shapes.
Its triangular silhouette with rounded, soft and welcoming corners is enhanced by a matt lacquered okoumé wood top, ideal for outdoor use. The colour palette is wide and sophisticated: marron glacé, China red, comfort, petrol, light grey, sage green, Capri blue and a new shade of blue. The three triangular legs are made of matt black powder-coated stainless steel, creating an elegant contrast with the tabletop.
Versatile and refined, the Mexique Outdoor Table by Cassina fits naturally into residential and contract outdoor environments, enriching terraces, gardens and lounge areas with its essential beauty and discreet functionality. Perfect for creating unique and personalised dining areas, this table embodies the balance between historical memory, technical innovation and expressive freedom.
Paired with stools from the same collection, including the high version, Mexique Outdoor enhances any setting with its timeless elegance and ability to adapt stylishly to the needs of contemporary living.
