The Mexique Stool Outdoor by Cassina is a refined outdoor reinterpretation of an Italian design icon. Designed between 1938 and 1939 and finalised in 1952 to furnish the student rooms of the Maison du Mexique at the Cité Universitaire Internationale in Paris, this stool belongs to the famous en forme libre series, defined by fluid lines and organic shapes.
The seat, available in matt lacquered okoumé wood—perfect for outdoor use—comes in a wide range of colours: marron glacé, China red, comfort, petrol, light grey, sage green, Capri blue and a new shade of blue. For those who prefer a more natural look, it is also available in natural teak. The three triangular legs are made of matt black powder-coated stainless steel, creating an elegant contrast with the seat.
The Cassina Mexique Stool Outdoor perfectly complements the collection of the same name, consisting of tables, low tables and a bar table, with which it pairs perfectly to create elegant and functional dining areas. Designed for counters and high tables, it fits effortlessly into residential and contract outdoor environments, bringing an original and sophisticated touch to any setting.
