Ceccotti Collezioni Scrinium recalls a piece of storage furniture from the past and in particular the secretaire, a writing desk with a flap that was already in vogue in the eighteenth century, useful for storing objects but also functional as a writing surface.
The slender burnished brass frame supports the container made of solid American walnut and slims its figure, making it visually light. The flap door is upholstered in leather, as is the bottom of the drawer placed underneath and characterised by a different divider depending on the type of cabinet. The carefully designed interior features a practical LED light.
The internal organisation of space in the Scrinium is available in three different versions: writing desk, equipped with a pencil holder and compartments for papers and documents; vanity, with practical drawers and an adjustable mirror embellished with a brass frame and positioned on a sliding tray; finally, bar cabinet, with a walnut drawer and ample functional space.
Depending on the model chosen, the Ceccotti Collezioni Scrinium storage unit can be placed in different corners of the home, from the living room to the home office to the bedroom. Different environments that are decorated by a functional and practical piece of furniture that looks to the past and to tradition.
