The Ceccotti Collezioni Stellage 52 armchair is part of the furniture designed in 1952 by the Gabetti&Isola and Raineri studio for the design and fitting out of the new Stock Exchange building in Turin. The design reflects the neo-liberty style characteristic of the Piedmontese capital and of which the studio was to be the spokesman in Italy.
The solid American walnut frame, available in a variety of finishes, features a detailed design of sinuous intersecting lines. The organic profile of the armchair is decorated with visible metal elements that support the seat and backrest, which are made of padded poplar plywood. An elaborate design compared to today's designs, in which the pointed and slightly curved backrest welcomes the user.
The Ceccotti Collezioni Stellage 52 armchair with two armrests welded into the slim, biomorphic-looking structure lends identity and character to your home. The small armchair becomes the protagonist of the environment, a historical and refined design that elevates the style of the furniture. It stands out for its unique and recognisable style, the result of intimate and personal research to tell the story of a building to the point of furnishing your living room. A winning chair that has become a design icon, so much so that it has been included in important collections, such as the permanent collection at Moma in New York.
