The Ditre Italia Vento armchair draws inspiration from nature, allowing simple organic forms to be curved and shaped intuitively by the forces of nature. A special design composed of several elements, two equals that meet in opposite positions to form the seat.
The supporting structure of the armchair is made of solid fir wood with structural elements of multilayer wood panels. While the comfort of the seat is provided by the springing in elastic belts of criss-crossed propylene fibre and latex, mechanically pre-tensioned, and the generous padding covered in resin. The particular base takes the form of a rounded rectangle, reminiscent in appearance of a soft pouf, which supports the two curved seat and back elements. The two armrests arise from the curve of the seat and back element, emphasising the armchair's rounded profile.
The Vento armchair finds a way to elegantly furnish the living room either as a complement to the sofa or as a stand-alone upholstered piece. In pairs, it forms an elegant and refined conversation or relaxation corner, in which one can perhaps devote oneself to reading a good book. Together with a sophisticated coffee table, Vento composes a relaxing space where you can let yourself be enveloped by its sinuous shapes.
Conceived by designer Nika Zupanc, the Ditre Italia Vento armchair expresses the natural forms shaped by the force of the weather, thus a product of refined design that is both inviting and luxurious.
