My career began in January 2001, about six months later obtaining my high school diploma. I received a call for a job interview and, two days later, I began my period of probation as a clerical clerk. I was appointed to help the colleagues that were already there because of the increased workload of that period, which was a direct result of the strong growth the store was experiencing those years.

I have also seen the company growing afterwards, thanks to the expansion of the warehouse and the opening of the bathroom exhibition area. It’s been an ongoing search for suitable, competent, and willing persons that could contribute to the establishment of the great team we have today. A team that is obviously multi-colored, but that also shares the same goal.

Working together in harmony helps to achieve our job’s primary aim: that of fulfilling the client completely! Every business claims to do so, but a client saying “thank you” and recognizing our commitment makes us feel proud and becomes an incentive to move forward.

I feel lucky to have had precious teachers teaching me the fundamentals to face the different problems I encounter every day. That is what I do every day: I try to solve problems with my total commitment.
