The Chama armchair-bed by the Italian company Lago is the brainchild of designer Mi Jin Park in collaboration with the company's own creative studio.
The iconic armchair is inspired by the concept of Japanese futon beds, reinterpreting them in a contemporary and extremely friendly way. Chama features a 208 cm deep and 82.5 cm wide mattress with a plastic insert on top of which cushions are placed to act as a headboard. Once the mattress has been folded in two, it becomes an armchair by interlocking with the inserts. A great way to welcome unexpected guests who are sure to impress. Casual but at the same time chic and well-groomed.
