The OW224 Rungstedlund Dining Table Carl Hansen & Son was designed in 1962 by Ole Wanscher, influenced by English furniture from the 1700s while being based on modernist ideology. To create the table, Wanscher applied his knowledge of traditional craftsmanship to modern industrial production techniques.
