The classic wicker chair, after a reinterpretation by the Bouroullec brothers, becomes a real design object. The lines of Papyrus draw a curved silhouette that naturally accommodates the body, while the translucent effect transforms the ancient model into a lighter form. The seat, coupled with its new colours, enriches both modern and classic spaces and the slight knurling on the outside of the backrest gives an uncertain effect evoking once again the traditional prototype. Kartell once again uses transparent polycarbonate to harmonise the entire structure of the chair. Papyrus invades the space with its retro colours; suitable for vintage rooms and at the same time for places where modernity dominates. The rounded forms of the backrest will envelop you once again and caress you with Kartell's chair, convincing you that the simplicity and refinement of an elegant archetype from the past survive despite the changes made.
