The 36e8 sideboard by Italian company Lago was created in 2003 based on designs by Daniele Lago. The underlying concept follows the logic of the wall system of the same name: a piece of furniture with infinite modularity that leaves room for the user to express themselves in their space for the first time. The 36e8 sideboard aims to reinterpret the archetype of storage furniture in a modern key, leaving room for creativity.
The 2112 composition of the 36e8 tall sideboard reinterprets the concept of storage by dividing it into several compartments/containers. Two slender glass legs support the famous piece of furniture, giving it lightness and creating a parallelism with its elements. The compartments are arranged on different levels in a perfect balance, with matt brick-coloured glass fronts. A beautiful glass side panel echoes the legs and is positioned above the coloured module, creating a support point and holding up the last module. The storage capacity is significant: the 2112 sideboard boasts four compartments with hinged doors and two shelves obtained by subtracting volumes.The 2112 composition of the 36e8 sideboard is suitable for refined and modern environments as well as more casual and youthful ones.
