The Alcor sideboard by Maxalto is made of MDF wood fibre painted with a shellac effect; three colours are available for the external finish (black, red and soy) while the interior and handles are painted nickel bronze. Several versions are produced for the Alcor sideboard by Maxalto, such as one with five drawers, three of which are surmounted with two open compartments, perfect for displaying objects; or the version with two large, very spacious drawers and only one open compartment; and yet another version with only drawers and no open compartment.
