The Sanders Universe sofa is Ditre Italia's first green project, developed in collaboration with fashion designer Tiziano Guardini, whose path is oriented towards the search for balance between man and nature. Its modular aspect allows you to create your ideal sofa, playing with the shapes and dimensions of the elements.
The structure and base are made of metal partially obtained from recycled ferrous materials. The thin feet support the generous padding of the seat, which is made of coconut fibre and natural latex, joined through the use of caoutchouc glues. The back cushions have the same padding and can be positioned as desired. The upholstery is available in two types of fabric: one made of 100% polyester from PET and one made of cotton from recycled knitwear. The knitwear is selected according to both textile composition and colour, thus avoiding waste of water and dyes.
Playful is the game created in composing the sofa, as each module has a circular outline on the upholstery that allows each element to be positioned according to shape and colour. Its modular nature makes it suitable for both private and contract living spaces, where the charm of the upholstery and recycled materials immediately catches the eye.
