Two console tables, Colombo and 1953, designed by Lorenzo Bini for Tacchini. Inspired by the lines drawn by artists Jean Arp and Gianni Colombo, the consoles take on a new expression in the form of modern works produced in marble.
The entire structure is obtained from a slab of marble, in a matt brushed Fior di Pesco finish, with a sinuous but irregularly shaped top. The slender top is supported by three elegant, slender legs, made by juxtaposing four slightly staggered strips of the same marble. The base gives dimension and at the same time a sense of lightness and balance.
The two available sizes furnish, like a sculpture, the corners or entrance of the home as a comfortable support. It is also ideal for furnishing contract areas, where it provides support for vases, statues or everyday items such as books, newspapers or keys.
The two consoles are fantastic decorative elements, with simple yet monumental lines. Colombo and 1953 Tacchini complement each other, as in an embrace, and furnish the environment in homage to the art of these incredible artists.
