Zanotta's Genni armchair is made of curved chrome-plated steel tubing, a material symbolic of the language of the designers belonging to the rationalist architecture movement who, at the beginning of the last century, were the first to experiment with the new design opportunities offered by the emerging modern furniture industry.

The Genni armchair by Zanotta is composed of a chromed steel frame, or nickel-satined natural or black colour, or black painted. Comfort is ensured by springing on steel spirals. The seat can be adjusted to two different positions and the polyurethane padding give it characteristics that are enviable by similar products on the market. The upholstery of the cushions and armrests is made of leather, which can be easily washed with non-abrasive detergents.
