Drawing inspiration from the 18th-century dressing mirrors from which they take their name, the Vanity mirrors represent the second collection of wall-mounted mirrors designed by GamFratesi for GUBI. A refined reinterpretation that blends historical heritage with a modern sensibility, transforming an everyday object into a decorative piece with a discreet yet striking presence.
The collection comprises three variants — with one, two or three panels — each characterised by warm walnut veneer and brass hinges, details that define the project’s identity. The hinges allow the angle of the panels to be adjusted, altering the perspective and creating ever-changing plays of light: in the Vanity Mirror 1 model, the single panel rotates by 15°, whilst in the Vanity Mirror 2 and Vanity Mirror 3 models, the 180° hinges allow the panels to fold over one another, concealing the mirror when not in use.
Elegant and timeless, the Gubi Vanity mirror is a functional accessory that enhances the wall of a bedroom, hallway or sophisticated corridor.
