The Leplì collection includes stools, benches and poufs. Kensaku Oshiro designs four passe-partout pieces with a strong identity. The designer draws on traditional Poltrona Frau workmanship and decorations and combines them with sartorial suggestions from fashion. Classic stitching and soft pleats enhance the sinuous essentiality of the design. The supple curves of the stool, in particular, are inspired by the female silhouette and, like a dress, a thin belt emphasises the waist.
The Leplì stool by Poltrona Frau is available in two different versions to allow you to choose according to your furnishing tastes: upholstered in Pelle Frau leather or in fabric with a decorative leather band. When covered in leather, the decorative band is always in the same colour as the pouf. In the leather version, four pleats start from the central button of the seat and characterise the profile of this furnishing accessory. In the fabric version, the folding process is replaced by stitching.
