The Miss K table lamp is the brainchild of the French designer Philippe Starck, who is constantly looking for a modern reinterpretation of the classic abat-jour. The Italian company Flos fell in love with the design, convinced that it represented a young yet elegant option and started producing the Miss K table lamp right away.
The lines are soft and flowing, the harmony is perfect and the curves seem to fit together in an extremely natural way. The Miss K table lamp is characterised by a transparent plastic stem in which the electrical cable can be seen, while the shade retains its classic truncated cone shape and is also made of plastic, but this time more opaque and also available in pleated fabric. The Miss K table lamp from the Italian company Flos is available with a black, red or silver stem and shade or in a softer version with a transparent stem and pleated fabric shade.
The Miss K lamp is made entirely of plastic, which makes it extremely interesting, especially if we take into account that it was one of the first projects in which plastic was the predominant material.
