The Caboche table lamp by Foscarini Italia is the result of a collaboration with two interesting designers Patricia Urquiola (Spanish) and Eliana Gerotto (Italian).
The idea for the Caboche table lamp came from a simple bracelet from the 1990s made of elastic and plastic spheres that existed in different colours. The Caboche lamp is characterised by a chrome-plated metal frame that creates a perfect frame in which a crown of polycarbonate arches is fitted, above which the spheres are fixed. The spheres are available in a transparent or gold finish.
The Caboche table lamp is just as beautiful when switched off as it is when it is switched on. The spheres of the Caboche table lamp create a wonderful play of light that illuminates the entire room. The Caboche lamp, when switched off, will look like a timeless, classic work of art which, together with natural sunlight, will create beautiful lighting effects almost equal to those of the lit lamp.
