When I was little, I used to watch my father building furniture and working with wood in the carpenter’s shop. His gestures and the passion he put into his work guided me along the path I would have followed soon later. I have always associated work with fun and family, following my father and brothers’ example, with my mother in the background. It was great, really great and exciting.

When I graduated from high school and finished my studies, I couldn’t wait to begin working on a permanent basis, and that is what actually happened. In 1989, I worked my way up by delivering furniture; this experience was very useful to understand how the job is actually done. At the same time, I began giving my help in the store by welcoming clients and making my first sales experiences. I listened to people’s needs and tried to fulfill them; finding solutions has always thrilled me, and I started recommending quality products and designing spaces. We still used paper and pencils, computers were not yet a thing and graphic programs did not exist yet, although the design concept was already there. From that moment on, we welcomed our first interior designer, then our first seller, then a second one, a third one, a fourth one… they were supported by a team of warehouse workers, carpenters, assemblers, an administrative office and one for product advice. It became a team work.

This team is well organized and the people it consists of are able to work together combining their specific knowledge in the name of the customer’s satisfaction. What would I want to offer those who come to us and decide to buy from Mondini? I want them to experience a state-of-the-art, beautiful, and proactive store with quality products and many wonderful settings; I want them to find a team of people at their service that can find a solution for their living requirements; I want them to feel family values, the same values that allowed us to grow and improve as a company and never look down, the same values that I experienced when I was a child thanks to my parents and brothers’ example.
