Ever since I was a child, I have always loved challenges, doing something different, trying to improve and looking forward. I joined the company in 2016 after graduating in Economics and Management and I decided to take charge of managing a different type of sales channel, one that could be complementary to the traditional one: online sales. I have stumbled on many obstacles and, at first, they seemed impossible to overcome: from logistics matters such as “how can I possibly deliver a 200kg table to the other side of the planet?” to payments security and the customer service. Everything can be solved with perseverance and dedication and, most of all, with a close-knit team like that of Mondini, because there is always someone willing to help and give you advice.

My role is to make the client feel like there is a direct contact between us despite the distance, to reassure them by giving them all the information needed to make a purchase in complete serenity and promising the same type of service a customer can experience when visiting us at the store. Thanks to our logistics team, we select the most suitable packaging and the carrier offering a tailor-made service on the basis of the client’s needs and the type of product.
