I have always been keen on and curious about managing and solving business problems, the organization and the administrative part of the companies. So, after finishing my studies, I put myself out there and tried to achieve my goal.

After a few experiences that didn’t fulfill my expectations, in January 2010 I was offered the opportunity to begin a career as a clerical clerk at Mondini Essere Casa.

Thanks to my colleagues, who have represented both friends and teachers for me, I have learnt a job that I had only witnessed on a theoretical basis before. It is only through experience that you can really learn a job, and I had the luck to have had people by my side who have passed on knowledge, passion, and dedication to me. I have learnt to take risks and face the challenges I encounter. I love my job because it gives me the possibility to question myself and learn new things every day, as each clients has their own situation and each one of them must be supported in the best way possible during and after the purchase.

Sharing the same goal, we have become a true team in which everyone plays their part. We have developed an internal network allowing us to support our customers at best for all their needs.
