The Plenum sideboard by Italian company Lago is designed in 2018 by Franco Lago. The idea behind this project is that of a "material monolith": a perfect, linear, static shape to be decorated with fantasy a perfect, linear, static shape to be decorated in a fantasy way.
The Plenum sideboard by the Italian company Lago is 220 cm wide and 75 cm high and is divided perfectly in half. It has two doors with a state-of-the-art coplanar sliding opening system. The lateral movement of the doors cancels out clutter and the perception of thickness. The Plenum sideboard is available fully upholstered in XGlass or in the version with lacquered top and XGlass body.
XGlass is a special material patented by the company itself and processed by special machinery that allows images of natural materials such as marble and wood to be printed directly onto glass.
