The Superloon floor lamp is a project of the designer Jasper Morrison in collaboration with the Italian company Flos. The project was a great success and gained notoriety right from the start. An artificially reproduced natural light, an artificial moon to be kept under the roof of the house.
Superloon floor lamp uses a special technology developed by the Italian company Flos specifically for this project: a LED ring is positioned around the perimeter of the translucent white composite disc. Once the lamp is turned on, the light will spread evenly over the entire disc, which will appear completely white, recalling the effect of the moon in the sky. The disc is supported by a three-leg aluminium body and is fully adjustable. An optical switch is located on the stem and allows the heat of the illumination to be adjusted.
