The pendant lamp is one of the most important pieces of furniture in the home, as there are so many models available on the market that they meet the stylistic and practical needs of everyone. Lasvit's Yakisugi pendant lamp in particular has all the features to impress guests.
Lasvit's Yakisugi pendant lamp has a "parallelepiped" shape, is made entirely by hand and the structure has "bubbles" that change the shades of the glass. Lasvit's Yakisugi pendant lamp is inspired by a technique for preserving construction timber by charring its surface, known in Japan as Shou-Sugi-Ban or Yakisugi. This ancient technique uses charred wood as a means of preserving it, without the need for painting or sealing, an aspect that leads to the current revival of this technique in eco-friendly architecture.
Unique contemporary design for each individual piece of hand-blown glass from which Lasvit's Yakisugi pendant lamp is made.
