Beauty made into a table, this is the new collection by Maxalto, where disarming simplicity meets lightness and refinement in the elements and in the way they are designed and assembled together.
The trestle shape of the die-cast aluminium structure that supports the top has a rectangular section that is slightly bent first inwards and then outwards and is joined, in the rectangular table, to a crosspiece and, in the round version, to a ring that hold this structure together. It supports the top, where the craftsmanship of the woodwork is exalted in the joining of the wood grain, forming unmistakable patterns of the company's know-how. For those who wish to have an even more precious expression of Astrum, they can choose central inserts in marble of various finishes, giving further refinement to those who want not a table but a high work of cabinet-making and design.
Only for the round version, it is possible to insert a central rotating element to facilitate the use of what is on the table for the various diners.
The top of the Astrum table by Maxalto can be made in various wood and marble finishes, with accurate workmanship that defines its use in any environment, including workplaces.
