Assemblage is the name that sums up the shape and construction of this attractive table. Alain Gilles designed this unique and unconventional piece of furniture for the Italian company Bonaldo.
A light cork base supports a heavy varnished wooden top and we immediately realise that Assemblage reverses the original canons of the table, leaving room for imagination and combination. Assemblage measures 36cm in diameter by 33/60cm h depending on whether or not the final spike is present, useful for moving or for greater presence in space.
Assemblage is also made from materials derived from nature, an important detail today.
