The Sengu Table by Cassina is a piece of furniture with an almost monumental presence, designed to celebrate conviviality through a refined dialogue between materials, shapes and tradition. Its structure, the result of a sophisticated interlocking system, creates a harmonious contrast with the thin top, enhancing its visual tactility and compositional beauty.
Available in oval or round versions, the Sengu Table features a solid wood base consisting of an oval leg connected by one or two crossbars to two cylindrical legs. The top can be made in the same wood as the structure—Canaletto walnut, natural oak or black-stained oak—or combined with the visually striking central column, available in a selection of fine marbles or coloured ceramics.
In the round version, it is possible to integrate a glazed ceramic Lazy Susan, a central rotating top that recalls Asian tradition and enriches its convivial functionality. Designed to occupy the centre of the dining area, the Cassina Sengu Table becomes the protagonist of the space, combining sculptural elegance and everyday comfort.
