The T-Bone armchair, designed by Jaime Hayon, overturns the traditional furnishing concept and production typology of Ceccotti Collezioni, which has always been linked to the idea of the sinuosity of curved wood. Iconic and sculptural, the armchair is conceived as a set of individual construction elements already finished that interact harmoniously with each other.
The distinctive structure appears to be composed of individual pieces of solid American walnut or ash, which fit together to form the base, back and armrests. The seat and back are made of poplar plywood and are upholstered to create a mix of comfort and aesthetics. The seat meets the high back that almost touches the floor, providing an ergonomic and comfortable seat. A unique detail of the Ceccotti Collezioni T-Bone armchair is found on the back, where there is a wooden insert that contrasts with the upholstery and gives continuity to the structure. The upholstery is available in fabric, leather or natural leather and can be customised in numerous colours, as can the colour variants of the woods, including shellac.
The Ceccotti Collezioni T-Bone armchair fits fluidly into space, whatever the location, from domestic to contract. In the living room or in the empty spaces of the home, the armchair creates a perfect reading corner or to dedicate a moment of calm and well-being. Furnished alone or in pairs, in any space, T-Bone is an invitation to pause and spend moments of tranquillity.
The Ceccotti Collezioni T-Bone armchair extrapolates elements to bring them together, according to geometries and lines, in a functional yet sophisticated piece of furniture.
