The Fiam En coffee table signed by designers Setsu and Shinobu Ito consists of a round top. In Japanese EN means 'round shape' and at the same time evokes the destiny of a meeting, becoming a symbol of inclusion.
The fire-cast glass top, back-painted with metallic colours, is inspired by the camellia dish, a useful object for the Japanese tea ritual. The shape, slightly concave, conveys a sense of security and protection of the contained objects. The distinctive top is supported by slender metal legs in a polished nickel-black finish, connected by thin crossbars that lend movement and dynamism.
Available in three sizes, the coffee table can be positioned either in front of the sofa or to the side as a practical side table. Its simple and refined profile allows it to be furnished on its own but also in unique compositions, playing with the proportions or with other Fiam coffee table models.
The Fiam En coffee table offers a practical support for personal or decorative objects, and at the same time embellishes the room with refined simplicity.
