The designer draws on traditional Poltrona Frau workmanship and decorations and combines them with sartorial suggestions from fashion. The structure of Leplì poufs is made of birch and poplar plywood with solid beech uprights and kraft cardboard padding. The base is made of poplar plywood with an MDF base painted in scratch-resistant black. The surface is padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. This furnishing accessory is available upholstered in Pelle Frau leather or in fabric with a decorative leather band. In the leather version, four folds start from the central button of the seat and characterise the profile, while in the fabric version the folding process is replaced by stitching.
