The Sempronia chair, designed by Tobia Scarpa in '87, is now remodelled by Tacchini into an even more comfortable seat, keeping the same circular elements, iconic symbols of the great designer.
The entire structure of the chair is upholstered in fabric or leather, in various colours, and has a light padding in the seat for greater comfort. The detail of Sempronia is found in the twin legs, created by the intersection of two cylinders, which extend to the backrest to which they are linked by a thin metal bracelet. This bracelet blends harmony and functionality, offering a detail that breaks the continuity of the upholstery. The chair has been re-edited to be even more comfortable, in fact the backrest shows a curvature that is useful for the ergonomics of the seat.
The Tacchini Sempronia chair adapts to every table and situation with its determined and versatile presence. Still today the bearer of an 80s aesthetic, Sempronia does not renounce the comfort and design that have always distinguished it.
