Zanotta's Gilda armchair has a very up-to-date design despite being born in the 1950s. This product from the leading Italian design company Zanotta was made again in 2010 as a tribute to its designer, Carlo Mollino, the famous and multifaceted architect from Turin. All this is achieved with constant technological research for production and innovation in materials of the highest quality.
At first glance, the soft, cosy seat with its essential, slim, almost aerodynamic armrests is striking. This contrast can also be seen in the colour combinations. As well as being beautiful to look at, the Gilda armchair by Zanotta is also very comfortable thanks to the possibility of reclining the backrest in four positions with bronzed brass adjusters. Same material and colour for screws and bolts to create additional contrast on the oak-stained ash wood.
The soft padding for the seat and backrest consists of polyurethane foam and polyester fibre thermally bonded to steel springs. The external cover of Zanotta's Gilda armchair is in very soft nappa leather and is also removable.
