The ANA suspension lamp by Gubi is the result of a collaboration between Barba Corsini and Joaquim Ruiz Millet, representing an evolution of the iconic PD2 floor lamp, designed by Corsini for La Pedrera in 1955. It retains the latter’s iconic character and formal simplicity, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the original inspiration: the cylindrical chimneys of Gaudí’s building, transformed into a pure, sculptural gesture of light. With its simple, direct power, ANA perfectly reflects Corsini’s personal style and blends naturally into contemporary interiors.
Its form is a minimalist cylinder, available in various colours, dotted with a constellation of small circular holes that allow light to filter through elegantly. The metal, crafted with artisanal precision, comes to life thanks to the shades that enhance its presence, giving the lamp a playful, modern and vibrant aesthetic. The light, filtering through the perforations, creates a poetic atmosphere in the room, made up of soft shadows and dynamic reflections.
Hanging on its own, lined up in a row or combined in groups that play with colours, proportions and heights, the Gubi ANA suspension lamp brings a bold, contemporary character to any space. A luminous presence that furnishes, defines the space and adds a touch of timeless personality.
