Gubi’s Private table shares with the entire collection designed by Space Copenhagen a sense of understated elegance, rigorous symmetry and inspiration drawn from traditional Japanese joinery techniques. Minimalist in form and generous in proportions, it is available in two large sizes that can accommodate numerous guests, transforming every gathering into a moment of genuine conviviality.
Crafted from veneered wood, in dark brown-stained ash or light-stained oak finishes, the table features a top joined to two tapered legs by a solid wood crossbar. This design detail provides structural strength whilst also lending a subtle elegance that reflects the project’s artisanal craftsmanship. The warmth and tactile quality of the wood make it a central feature of the room, bringing with it a refined and functional character.
Thanks to its generous dimensions and balanced presence, the Gubi Private table finds its natural place at the centre of the dining room, becoming its visual focal point and the heart of shared moments. It is a table designed for socialising: a place to gather, spend long days at the table and experience a sense of genuine warmth.
