The Anisha collection by the Italian company Foscarini is the result of collaboration with a major design studio in Barcelona and the desire to create a situation of strong interaction and intimacy between lamp (and therefore light) and user.
The Anisha lamp has an oval shape born of a spontaneous gesture, a non-mechanical human trait. Anisha was born from the idea of creating a place in space that was on the borderline between existing and non-existing, and that place is circumscribed by the perimeter of the lamp itself, which then fills it with a delicate blade of light, creating a true visual experience. The lamp is made of ABS and takes its light from a led placed inside the perimeter of the lamp itself where it cannot be seen so as not to disturb the silence and astrality of this object. The lamp is switched on via a touch mechanism designed to make the experience with this work even more intimate.
Anisha is proof that at the pinnacle of synthesis there are wonderful ideas on the borderline between art, science, mechanics and spirit.
