In recent years, armchairs have become increasingly important elements in our homes. Choosing them, however, is not easy because there are so many different types.
"A Cinderella capable of becoming a Princess", we could paraphrase the usual Aurelio about the process that led to the creation of Zanotta's Maggiolina armchair. Starting from a hypothesis of an economic and dismountable armchair, designed by Marco Zanuso towards the end of the 1940s for a competition, characterised by a structure in curved steel tubing from which is hung a canvas "sack" whose "pockets" hold two plywood panels, inserted to support two padded cushions dedicated to the seat and back respectively.
The Maggiolina armchair by Zanotta has a polished stainless steel frame, or nickel-satined natural or black colour, or black painted. The backrest cushion padding in goose down guarantees comfort and durability. The Maggiolina armchair also has upholstery, cushions and armrests in Ecofire or leather, which are easily washable and will steal every glance of your guests.
