The design of the Martha armchair by Poltrona Frau comes from the meeting of the two main elements of the shell, both in rigid polyurethane obtained from a mould. The seat and armrests are part of a single sinuous, open line, with both ends extending outwards. The curved, lightly padded backrest seems to float in the air, but is actually attached to the shell with a retractable system. A slight inclination of the seat towards the back ensures optimal comfort and accentuates the dynamic design of the chair. The four-leg base is made of solid ash wood, available in Wenge and Moka finishes.
