Given the success of its sister Metropolitan, Jeffreiy Bernett extends the range and designs two new armchairs, faithfully inspired by the continuous mark between the backrest and armrests distinctive of the first version, enlarging the head area inspired by the classic Bergere, but maintaining the clean lines, elegance and essentiality that distinguished the first Metropolitan. It is completed by the pouff and the headrest, which is magnetically adjustable on the backrest. On the other hand, the high version always includes a lumbar support on the seat, providing soft support for the lumbar region. The low Metropolitan of this new series is inspired by the first series by lowering only the backrest. The lightness of the bases, which tend to enhance the shell of the seat, remains unchanged. Available with discs and four spokes in brushed aluminium and solid wood in various finishes. The internal structure of the armchairs is made of tubular steel embedded in Bayer's Bayfit cold-formed flexible polyurethane covered in a polyester liner.
